Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your air purifier within 30 calendar days of receipt if the following conditions are met:
- The product has no visible signs of damage.
- All accessories are included.
- The original packaging and return label are intact.
How to Request a Return
- Log into your account, locate the order in your order details, and submit a return request. We will review and confirm within 1–2 business days.

- Email your order number and courier tracking information to contact@blueskydaysto.com.
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days. The exact posting time depends on your payment method (PayPal or bank card).
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Must be within 30 calendar days of receipt.

- Only same-product exchanges are supported.
How to Request an Exchange
- Submit an exchange request in your account under order details. We will confirm within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the product to the same return address (listed above) with original packaging, user manual, and return label.
- Email your order number and courier tracking information to contact@blueskydaysto.com.
- After receipt, we will ship your replacement unit within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–6 business days.
Exchange Shipping Costs
- If due to a quality issue, we cover both the return shipping and the shipping of the new unit.
- If due to personal reasons, the customer covers both the return and replacement shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and provide a 1-year limited warranty on all air purifiers.
Warranty Coverage
- Duration: 1 year from date of receipt.
- Includes free repair or replacement for malfunctions caused by product quality.
Not Covered
- Issues caused by improper or abnormal use.
- Damage to components due to human factors.
- Products outside the warranty period (repair available for a $55 service fee; customer pays shipping).
