Return Policy

Air purifiers purchased on our website have the right to return or exchange within 30 natural days, and we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth, pleasant and satisfying. Please read the detailed description of our return policy below:

About returns

Return conditions:

Less than 30 natural days have passed since receipt.
The air purifier showed no visible signs of damage.
The air purifier has complete accessories and the original packaging is not missing.

Return application:

1.Find the order you need to return in the order details of your account, submit your return application, and we will process it for you within 1-2 business days.

2.To request a return, please mail Air Purifier to 7 Schoeneck Ct #7, Syracuse, New York, 13204, Attn: Nazaida Colon.
When returning, please use the original packaging and send it back with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).

3.Once shipped, please email your order number and courier information to [email protected].

4.Once we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the refund status, please check your Paypal account or bank card.

Return shipping

If you choose to return the product due to quality or shipping problems, etc., the shipping cost will be borne by us.

If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike or dissatisfaction, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

About exchange

Exchange conditions:

Less than 30 natural days have passed since receipt.

We only support exchanges for the same product.

Exchange application:

When returning, please use the original packaging and send the instruction manual and return label together (the return label is included in the original packaging).

3.Once shipped, please email your order number and courier information to [email protected].

4.After we sign for it, we will send the new Air Purifier within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 2-6 business days.

Exchange freight

If the product is exchanged due to product quality problems, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee of the original product and the shipping fee of the new product.
If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new product.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty period

We offer a 1-year warranty on our air purifiers. Calculated from the day of receipt.
If out of warranty, you will be charged a $55 repair fee. (The transportation costs incurred are borne by the customer)

2. Warranty content

During the warranty period, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement if there is a malfunction caused by the quality of the air purifier.

3. Warranty conditions

The air purifier malfunctions under normal use.
Components are not artificially damaged.

4. Warranty process

  • To request a warranty: Contact Nazaida Colon at [email protected]. Provide the order number and detailed description of the failure. We’ll guide you through initial troubleshooting and determine if warranty service is required.
  • To return product: Send Air Purifier to 7 Schoeneck Ct #7, Syracuse, New York, 13204, Attn: Nazaida Colon. Shipping costs are borne by blueskydaysto.com.
  • Send shipping information: Once shipped, email your order number and courier information to [email protected]. After we receive the air purifier, we will repair it for you as soon as possible.

Relisting fee

You don’t have to pay to republish your product.
