Shipping Delivery

Thank you for choosing us. We would like to provide some information about shipping to ensure you have clear expectations about our services.

Freight

We use UPS Express to provide your shipping services. We provide free shipping for Air Purifier purchased at blueskydaysto.com. Please provide your accurate shipping address during checkout to ensure on-time delivery.

We do not charge shipping tax.

Order processing time

We will process your order as soon as possible after you place it, but order processing time may also affect the delivery time of the goods. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact Nazaida Colon via email at [email protected]. We will check the latest status of your order and give you feedback within 24 hours.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Due time

UPS’s efficient logistics network will ensure that your package is delivered in the shortest possible time. Usually 1-4 business days. Please note that weather, holidays or other uncontrollable factors may affect delivery time.

We promise to deliver it to you within 6 business days. If your Air Purifier is not received within 6 business days, you can contact Nazaida Colon by sending an email to [email protected]. We will arrange a refund or reshipment for you.

Cancel order

You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Nazaida Colon by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Sale tax

Blueskydaysto.com does not charge express delivery fees, and sale tax must be borne by the customer.

We ship from 7 Schoeneck Ct #7, Syracuse, New York, 13204. This address is also the return and exchange address.

Express packaging

We use thickened cartons for packaging, and the interior is fixed with foam to reduce the impact of shock and vibration on the air purifier.

The package also contains the user manual and return label. When returning the product, you need to return the original packaging and return label, so please do not throw away the original packaging during the return period.

The size of the express box will vary depending on the product. Maximum size is 13 × 13 × 32 in.
